Personal Application Types: Dwelling Fire, Builders Risk/Renovation, Inland Marine, Wood Burning Stove, Habitational
All personal lines new business must be submitted through the Company’s Evolve system. Evolve enables the Company’s authorized Agent to bind business based on eligibility criteria established by the Company.
All new commercial lines business must be submitted to a Company Underwriter. The Company Underwriter will determine whether to provide the authorized Agent with a quote proposal.
All personal and commercial lines change requests, endorsements, and similar transactions, whether premium-bearing or non-premium-bearing, are subject to Company Underwriter approval. The Company reserves the right to modify the Agent’s binding authority without prior notice.
