BINDING AUTHORITY SUSPENDED: Tropical Storm Henri

Please be advised that we are monitoring Tropical Storm Henri as it tracks north along the eastern seaboard of the continental United States and the eastern maritime provinces of Canada. We are taking the following underwriting precaution:

We are suspending all agent’s binding authority for all lines of business effective Saturday, 08/21/21 @ 8 pm until Sunday, 08/22/21 @ 8 pm.This suspension of binding authority applies to the following counties in New York: Nassau, Suffolk, The five boroughs of NYC, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Sullivan, Ulster, Delaware, Greene, Columbia, Schoharie, Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Washington, Warren, Hamilton, Essex, Franklin, Clinton.

There is a high probability that TS Henri may make landfall on Long Island as a hurricane. We will monitor the tracking of TS Henri and advise if we may lift the binding authority earlier than expected.
